Graham performed a variety of training sessions for Earthkind
where I was Chief Executive.
This ranged from personal career advice and guidance for
myself, which was extremely useful, to ‘team building
sessions’ for my staff, developing team building programmes
(which we then subsequently sold to corporate bodies ie
Barclays to get funding in), as well as ‘train the
trainer’ sessions for key mangers to deliver this
team building programme externally.
Graham’s help was invaluable at the time I took over
as Chief Executive, having inherited a disparate group of
people who didn’t particularly work together well
and who had no or very little appreciation of each others
talents.
Graham helped to identify, develop and deliver a team building
programme for me and my team, he never disclosed the prior
‘full brief’ he had been given on the participants

who then returned to the work place, working so much more

GB Marketing successfully undertook the planning, preparation
and implementation of BAA’s commerciality training
programme. This came about as a result of an internal research
study which identified the need for greater commercial awareness
throughout the organisation. The brief was put out to a
